Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at 13DesignStreet. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to further strengthen our team and contribute to our company's success. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a high-performance workforce that shares our passion for software development and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to identify top talent within the software development and related domains.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating and posting job listings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to expand the candidate pool.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and hiring activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the software development industry.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with a passion for finding and attracting exceptional talent.
